During my tenure as CEO of my previous startup, we successfully managed a portfolio of over 2000 rented apartments. This experience provided me with a unique perspective on the Finnish housing market. I had the opportunity to witness the market's initial signs of overheating, navigate the challenges posed by the COVID-19, and observe the beginning of the market's decline in 2022.
Developing an online brokerage business involves a blend of online marketing and meeting customer expectations. Drawing from my experiences, I have applied these insights in a practical manner in my new service.
